chore: update js object template (#21842)
## Description

Update the JSObject template 
1. Introduce JSObject variable mutation and improve its discoverability 
2. Show autocomplete suggestions for `this` keyword
3. Move away from complex arrow syntax for function declaration


Fixes #21489
