sneha122 b8af0d3020 chore: removed unnecessary injected services (#40965 ) ## Description ApplicationService and AnalyticService are not being used in OnLoadExecutablesUtilImpl.java and LayoutActionServiceCEImpl.java, this PR removes those dependencies.
