fix: toast message issues for gsheet (#22551)
## Description

This PR fixes:
- When creating google sheet datasource with selected sheets access:
    - we should see auth successful message, when files are selected
    - we should see auth failure message, when files are not selected

> Add a TL;DR when description is extra long (helps content team)

Fixes #22460

> A video or a GIF is preferred. when using Loom, don’t embed because it
looks like it’s a GIF. instead, just link to the video
