test: Cypress | Flaky fixes (#24581)
## Description
- This PR fixes the below flaky:
- ReconnectDatasource_spec.js
- ConversionAlgorithm_AutoLayout_Validation_BasicSpec.js
- Improves CreateApplication with intercept assert
- Changes all agHelper.AssertN.wStatus to assertHelper() method

#### Type of change
- Script fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
