Shrikant Sharat Kandula 6a31cacba5 chore: Modular backup implementation (#37715 ) Backup implementation changed to be modular, and made up of separate pieces. Each piece (link in a chain) is responsible for one component/functionality of all the data that's being backed up. This PR introduces the framework for this modularization.
