` <TemplateLayout />`
✓ renders template details correctly
✓ navigates to the template URL when clicked
✓ does not trigger onForkTemplateClick when the button is hidden
✓ opens the fork modal when the fork button is clicked and no
onForkTemplateClick event passed
✓ renders fixed height template styling correctly
