chore: update dependencies in the client package (#18254)
* Update craco to latest version 7.0.0 and remove the alpha pre-release version.
* chore: bump loader-utils from 1.4.0 to 1.4.2 in /app/client #18183
* Remove the following unused dependencies -
        caniuse-lite
        emoji-mart
        flow-bin
        instantsearch.js
        json-fn
        lodash-move
        react-base-table
        react-infinite-scroller
        react-mentions
        react-transition-group
