## Description 1. Added a parameter --maxWorkers=50% to run tests. Is the [official recommendation](https://jestjs.io/docs/cli#--maxworkersnumstring) for running tests in CI. This allows you to run tests in CI about **60 seconds** faster. 2. Deleted mocha package because we use jest to run test. For history: I tried to use [@swc/jest](https://swc.rs/docs/usage/jest) to speed up the tests, but it didn't show any improvements since we have a lot of long tests(see pict) that need to be improved point-by-point.
