chore: consolidatedApi: split endpoint to view and edit mode (#30094)
## Description
- Split consolidated API endpoint into two endpoints: view (`/view`) and
edit mode (`/edit`)
- Carry over changes that were merged directly to Vamsi's dev branch: 
  -  #29985 
  - #30044
