## Description
To improve the discoverability of AI feature, we are porting the slash
commands to ADS 2.0 and changing the order of suggestions. Contains the
following changes
- Updates slash command to ADS 2.0
- Show text to use AI in binding prompt if enabled.
- Remove AI button for code editor
