## Description - Add a [package](https://github.com/jest-community/eslint-plugin-jest) with a set of rules for jest. - Add [only](https://github.com/jest-community/eslint-plugin-jest/blob/main/docs/rules/no-focused-tests.md) and [skip](https://github.com/jest-community/eslint-plugin-jest/blob/main/docs/rules/no-disabled-tests.md) check for tests - Remove `only` in tests - Suppress `skip` tests Related PRS #24122 #23991 #### PR fixes following issue(s) Fixes #23708 > if no issue exists, please create an issue and ask the maintainers about this first #### Type of change - Chore (housekeeping or task changes that don't impact user perception) ## Testing > #### How Has This Been Tested? > Please describe the tests that you ran to verify your changes.
