chore: add mousemove listener to konva and bug fixes. (#28381)
## Description

Add ``mousemove`` event listener to WidgetName canvas. This allows the
canvas to toggle its own pointerEvents back to ``none`` when the mouse
is not hovering over a widget name component.

Additionally:
1. Removes highlights for empty ``AlignedWidgetRow``.
2. Fix layout preset for container widget. New layoutIDs are generated
for every instance.
3. Add an action to remove unobserved elements from layout positions
redux store.
4. Bottom padding of MainCanvas layout.

fix: empty query response on page load issue fixed (#28296)
## Description

When we bind a successfully running query to a widget, the query gets
executed on page load, so in such a case, we were able to see the query
in the widget, but when visiting query editor, response tab is empty.
This PR fixes that issue.

<img width="904" alt="Screenshot 2023-10-23 at 3 35 50 PM"
src="https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/assets/30018882/b0244c87-d18f-4d8c-ad35-35cd1f4abfd6">

**Root Cause:**
In order to see the response in the response tab, we need to have action
config, execute API response and responseDisplayFormat to be present.
responseDisplayFormat denotes whether to show response in Table, Json or
Raw format.
This responseDisplayFormat gets set in `setDefaultActionDisplayFormat`
method. This property is set on action config object itself. This method
is called from execute `executePluginActionSaga` and
`executePluginActionSaga` is called from `executePageLoadAction`, so the
flow of actions looks as below:

- `executePageLoadAction`
      - `executePluginActionSaga`
              - `setDefaultActionDisplayFormat`

Once the responseDisplayFormat was set, `executePageLoadAction` was
again resetting the action config object in the redux store, thus
removing this responseDisplayFormat property and hence empty response
tab.

**Note: This bug is not a regression, it has existed from a long time.**

fix: Fixing Anvil DnD for nested containers (#28362)

## Description
In this pr,
- we are making sure layouts inside dragged widgets are not activated
- we are making sure layoutId is newly generated when a widget with a
canvas is added instead of using the defaults layoutId coz its a frozen
object which was using same set of layoutIds for every time we add
widgets.
This fix works only for one level on the canvas widgets, bringing this
to your notice @prsidhu

## Description
In this pr we are fixing
- Unwanted text selection during DnD and canvas resizing in Safari
- In Anvil Shift + Click will still work like Ctrl + Click to pick and
select widgets instead of pick all widgets in between a node on Entity
Explorer like in Fixed Layout.
- We are also fixing canvas resizer being stuck in resizing mode when
mouse right is clicked.

## Description
In this PR we are supplying width and height by computing rows and
columns defaults provided for fixed layout.

fix: Move widget name overlay to WidgetsEditor (#28306)
## Description
- The first widget name in anvil was being cut-off due to the fact that
the DOM grandparent of the widget name overlay canvas was not allowing
children to be visible beyond bounds.
- In this PR, the widget name overlay canvas renders in the
WidgetsEditor (earlier grandparent now parent) instead of
MainContainerWrapper (earlier parent now sibling)
- Also, this PR removes the dependency on refs by the widget name
overlay canvas

fix: Check for parent widget existence to render drop target (#28275)
## Description
In the legacy architecture, List Widget meta first item was rendering in
edit mode allowing DnD, resize, etc while the rest of the items were
rendering in view mode restricting any editing experience.
The first item was being used as a template to decide what the template
was going to be for rest of the items.
However after the overhaul of BaseWidget and CanvasWidget render mode is
always EDIT or VIEW for all widgets so DropTarget had to render a meta
canvas widget which it was not written to handle. so have added checks
to make sure DropTarget does not render and wrap widgets that do not
have a parent.

Ideally this should have been caught in the CI, there are tests already
but the checks were happening to check if List widget was allowed inside
another List widget but the other items that were rendering in view mode
were not being asserted.
I have added tests to check if all nested widgets are properly rendered
and there is no "Oops, something went wrong" error. This should make
sure this issue does not get past CI in the future.

chore: remove xml parser v3 as a default library (#28012)
## Description
Contains the changes to remove fast-xml-parserV3.17.5 as a default
library and migrate all existing apps to install it as a custom JS
library on page load. Installations no longer fail when there is a
naming collision, we determine a unique accessor that can work inside
the application both for UMD & ESM builds.

chore: Update DSL for Anvil (#27966)
## Description
- If the Anvil feature flag is enabled, set the layout system type to
"ANVIL" when creating an application
- Refactor DSL transformers to pull the specific transformer based on
the layout system type
- Refactor code to move layout system specific transformers to the
specific layout system type folders
- Add new entry in the list of feature flags for Anvil

Note: No changes are observed visually in the application, as we're
defaulting to the Fixed layout system's widget flow until integrations
for Anvil are complete.

chore: CE change for moduleInstanceEditor route (#28110)
## Description

- Add route changes for module instance editor
- Modify NameEditorComponent props to support module instance entity
- As the Module instance doesn't have pluginType, we make the
NameEditorComponent independent of pluginType so the module instance
editor could also use the same component.

users. The feature is no longer shown to users, so we skip the test
altogether.

chore: add try catch for signup recaptcha (#28143)
## Description
Adds a try catch around the recaptcha code on signup page. This is
handled similarly else where in the code base.
https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/blob/release/app/client/src/widgets/ButtonWidget/component/index.tsx#L361.

The intention here is to catch the
[timeout](https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/issues/20764) error
and not log to sentry as it isn't really crashing the app. There is a
lot of sentry logs for this originating from the signup page.

Fixes https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/issues/20764

chore: action editors refactor (#27972)
## Description
The aim of this PR is to make the editors reusable in the Module editor.

Changes
1. A wrapper is introduced for API, Query and Curl editors which passes
differentiating functions and make the form editors agnostic of pageId
and applicationId
2. In order to pass down function, react contexts are added to avoid
prop drilling

fix: Race condition in JS object mutation (#28083)
## Description
Fixes race condition in JS Object mutation where evaluation overrides
the variables state.

Root Cause:
Execution context is shared between every evaluation request and trigger
execution request. A trigger execution request could be paused when an
asynchronous task is awaited. In the mean time, worker might pick up the
task to perform and evaluation. Evaluation would end up replacing the
entities in the execution context, there by resetting the actions
performed by the trigger execution before it was paused.

What the fix does?
We are now caching the JS object for reuse which means that every
execution/evaluation request reuses the same JS Object as long the JS
Object isn't modified by a user action.

chore: route builder refactor (#27905)
## Description
This PR aims to achieve 2 things
1. Make route building independent of explicitly passing `pageId` as
param when the route is generated against the current page navigation.
2. Add extensible points to extend basePath generation in EE.

THIS PR DOES NOT CHANGE ROUTE GENERATION.

Changes:
In `app/client/src/ce/entities/URLRedirect/URLAssembly.ts`
1. Moves the logic of `generateBasePath` way to specific method called
`generateBasePathForApps` and the generateBasePath is available to
extend and switch between a different base path generation logic in EE.
2. Adds a new member variable called `currentPageId`. This
`currentPageId` would help generating basePath without explicitly
passing `pageId` to the build method. If a `pageId` is passed it would
be overridden in the `resolveEntityId` logic.
3. Added `resolveEntityId` method to resolve the entity (pageId) based
on the params passed and the `currentPageId`. This method also acts as
an extension point for extending the logic to any other resolution logic
similar to `generateBasePath`

In `app/client/src/pages/AppViewer/index.tsx` and
`app/client/src/pages/Editor/index.tsx`
The `currentPageId` is set using the `urlBuilder.setCurrentPageId` when
the component mounts or page changes and unset when the component
unmounts.

chore: prevent mutation during evaluation and execution (#27722)
## Description
Fixes the data mutation bug introduced back in
[#11001](https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/pull/11001).
We now create 2 data tree in evaluation flow, one that is set against
the execution context (prone to mutation) and another one which only
gets the values of the path that is being evaluated.

Accidental mutation often crashes the app. To replicate the issue
1. D&D a text widget and an Input widget
2. In the input widget default text field, write `{{ Text1.text = 123
}}`
