following fixes were added to this PR
- Remove the error => Refused to set unsafe header "Expect"
- Remove the aria label warnings
- Remove the logs from service worker in dev mode

packages
- Fix ADS stories according of Storybook 8
- Fix type errors
- Update Storybook to latest version to be able to run `test-storybook`
- Remove unused files(components, tests, stories) from
ADS-old(design-system-old)

- Merge `ads-old` and `widgets-old`, only 1 package should remain
