chore: skip klona for eval updates (#27048) (#26949)
## Description
Klona operations are being performed on the dataTree for every
evaluation cycle. This computation is heavy and scales up for large
dataset. Over here we optimise code to limit klona deepClones for every
evaluation cycles and noticed reduction of eval scripting time of upto
40% for apps hosting about 40000 records. Seen a 20-25% reduction in
eval scripting in MISC test cases, these test cases host about 20000
records.

chore: Add .editorconfig (#27343)
An indentation syntax error on a workflow file caused all CI pipelines
to break and fail. Adding a `.editorconfig` file with the correct
expected indentation settings can help solve these problems. A couple of
other things this will do for us:

1. Trailing whitespace is automatically removed. This causes a lot of
noise diffs in PRs.
2. Newline at end of files is a Linux file expectation and this can
ensure that. This also causes a lot of noise diffs in PRs.

The editors that majority of the team uses today, support EditorConfig
out of the box. See https://editorconfig.org/#pre-installed.

There's a _lot_ of violations in the repo today, so I'm not adding a CI
check right away. Let's check back in a month or two and assess if we
want to look into a CI check.

fix: Updating the conditions for URL update on click of go to application button in import application modal (#27122)
## Description

Reconnect datasource modal that opens up when we import an application
shows a `Go to application` button. On clicking this button, sometimes
the URL update for this button takes time. If the button is being
clicked immediately after the modal opens, and when the app is imported
via app-level import, the `pageId` used in this URL is still the old
pageId that needs to be updated to new home `pageId` we get via import
application API. After few seconds the URL updates correctly. Fixing
this issue via this PR.
