The Installation setup complete event is not getting sent sometimes, and it's behavior looks very much like there's some race condition somewhere. I'm proposing this change towards two goals.
One, currently, we send the event after the user-entered data is saved to the DB. But, there's no actual dependency, no point to waiting on that for sending the event. The actual user itself, is already created and signed up. So, one change is that we don't wait for the DB update to be applied. I'm also changing .onSuccess to .map, hoping that might make a difference.
Two, make a debug log entry to see if it is our callback function that's not getting invoked, or if Segment's API isn't doing it's job, when the event is not sent.
This PR also fixes formatting of Segment error messages.

In order to import a specific page or browse to that page, the templates FE need page names and page ids. This PR replaces the list of page names with a list of objects that contains the page names and page ids.

When a new email of an existing user is added to admin emails from the admin settings page, that user does not get admin access instantly. Same happens when an existing user's email is removed from admin settings - permission is not revoked instantly.

Return list of datasources in the GET /api/v1/datasources sorted alphabetically. Also set a flag isRecentlyCreated to the most recently created 3 datasources.
When organization name is updated, the slug is not updated. This generates a outdated URL when user clicks on a organization name from the left panel. This PR changes the following behaviors
The Organization slug will be no more unique
Link to organization applications will be based on organization id instead of slug
Organization slug will be updated whenever there is a change in organization name
All the existing organization slugs will be updated

We are opening the appsmith default application when the user clicks on edit. But when the app is connected to git we should always bring up the default application of the default branch.
As a part of git-directory update we have introduced a bug where if the entity names includes the - we were not able to filter the entities in the individual page directory. This commit introduces a new name-seperator to avoid such issues.

Theme API path was not added added to security config path. As a result, themes in published mode in public apps were not loaded. This PR fixes that issue.
Merges the get application details and get page list API into one. This API takes either applicationId or pageId and returns the list of pages of that application.

Added a new API that'll return a list of plugins which are available to install. In other words, it'll return list of default/system plugins. This returns the package name, name and icon only - which will be used by templates to show datasource name and icons.

When an user signs up, we store the email in lower case. When user logins with oauth2, we fetch user by email ignoring case. This creates a problem if email from oauth is in upper case. As users are registered with lowercase and we're trying to fetch with upper, users are not found.

* Recently a change was introduced to modify the default value of s3 plugin's permanent URL toggle from NO to YES. This created an issue with the older actions where the toggle didn't exist and hence no value was saved against its property. Hence, since the default is now ON and the older actions don't have any value saved, the action editor shows the toggle value as ON but behaves like the value is OFF. To fix this issue, this method adds URL toggle as NO where no toggle value exists.
Solves for two things:
1. From the welcome page signup, depending on telemetry being enabled or disabled, we report.
2. When telemetry is changed from welcome page (which, it obviously will), we make the change persistent by writing to the env file.

The env config API currently only changes values that are already defined in the env file. It is not capable of adding anything to the file.
This commit adds the capability to do so. However, since we don't want to let the client add just any variable, we've switched from a black list to a white list of env variables that can be managed by this API. If the requested variable is present in the whitelist, we add it, if its missing in the env file.
This commit adds the following API:
`/api/v1/admin/env` — Responds with the names and values of all environment variables currently configured, that are allowed for configuration from the UI. Some variables will be missing from this, ones that are not allowed to be edited from the configuration UI.
Doesn't take any query params. Only usable by the superuser.
Also added a `isSuperUser` boolean field to the response of `api/v1/users/me`, that will indicate whether the current user is a superuser or not.

This is because this `cacheResponse` field is only used for auto-complete on the UI. The user can still run the action manually and get the auto-complete to work. The downside to sending the `cacheResponse` field in the JSON response is that for large responses, the client times out as our response times increase to 20 secs. Hence removing this for now.
In future, we'll extract the JSON schema structure from the response body and send that to the client for populating auto-complete.

The policies of `User` objects is an empty set by default. So, when using a new `User` object to call `update`, it also updates existing policies to be an empty list.

The client can send the redirect URL in X-Redirect-Url header. The server will honour the value set and redirect the client browser to this particular url. By default the server will redirect to /applications if the custom header is missing. The redirect url can either be absolute or relative.

Calling subscribe() inside function calls is an anti-pattern and we shouldn't be doing it.

When organizationId is null in a datasource, fail with the right error message
The organization id is subsequently used to find a matching plugin (checking for installation essentially), but when organization id is missing, this query never returns. But the error message reads as if the plugin is not installed, whereas it should've been that organization id is missing.

Add server-side templates support for plugins
Two main themes in this MR:
1. Add support for saving query templates as resource files inside a plugin. This has been done for both Postgres and MongoDB plugins, based on current template contents.
2. Loading of form JSON is now reactive. The blocking call has been moved inside a `Mono.fromSupplier`.
3. The loading of from JSON as well as the templates is cached and are loaded on-demand. This means that the templates are loaded once for a plugin through the lifetime of the server process, and that they are loaded only at the first time they are needed.
4. If loading of these resources fails, we try again when they are needed the next time.

Adding the widget names set to the default layout for a page
During action name refactor, we require the widget names to exist in the layout. Hence all default layouts must have the widgetName set.

This is to simplify the query pane on the frontend client. The client doesn't need to have separate interfaces for sql and non-sql plugins. All queries will be sent to the server in the form of a String that is parsed in different formats based on the plugin.
Also adding test cases for PostgresPlugin. Used TestContainers to simulate the postgres db in Docker inside the Java test itself. Very useful.
Fix : In getAllApplications, instead of iterating over collections of applications which could be empty, we iterate over organizations where we are guaranteed to have atleast one organization.
