## Description
Improve page loads by removing the blocking calls of user and tenant
information. These calls were called before any other routes would load
and that would increase the time taken for other subsequent calls.
Reasons it was needed for
1. Branding info comes from tenant api call. This being executed later
would cause flashing of colours if branding is updated
2. Licence info comes from tenant api call. A check is needed for
licence validity and show appropriate screens instead of the app for
users
3. User info was needed to show the correct admin settings to the user
We are going to mitigate dependency 1 and 2 by hiding the ui by making
the opacity to 0 till the responses are not received. This will ensure
users don't see the screen, yet the JS is being loaded efficiently and
api calls are done earlier.
We will move the admin settings dependency to the route itself so that
other routes do not delay because of this change

## Description
This PR tracks whether service worker is registered successful and
active on a users machine. Adds 2 new Mixpanel events for the same
SW_REGISTRATION_SUCCESS & SW_REGISTRATION_FAILED. This change will be
reverted once we have enough data to measure SWs reliability on being
able to support window API access.

TL;DR 503 error fixed when navigating to homepage while the editor is
loading.
- `RESET_EDITOR_REQUEST` is an action that removes `currentApplication`
from the `applicationsReducer`.
- When starting the editor, appEngine saga has an action `completeChore`
which reads the `currentApplication` object.
- Now, when we go back to homepage (while the editor is still
initializing)
- `RESET_EDITOR_REQUEST` is dispatched (so `currentApplication` is
cleared)
- the appEngine still runs in the background and tries to read
`currentApplication` throwing an error.
Now we make sure appEngine is cancelled whenever `RESET_EDITOR_REQUEST`
is triggered.

## Description
This PR upgrades Prettier to v2 + enforces TypeScript’s [`import
type`](https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/release-notes/typescript-3-8.html#type-only-imports-and-export)
syntax where applicable. It’s submitted as a separate PR so we can merge
it easily.
As a part of this PR, we reformat the codebase heavily:
- add `import type` everywhere where it’s required, and
- re-format the code to account for Prettier 2’s breaking changes:

This PR is submitted against `release` to make sure all new code by team
members will adhere to new formatting standards, and we’ll have fewer
conflicts when merging `bundle-optimizations` into `release`. (I’ll
merge `release` back into `bundle-optimizations` once this PR is
merged.)
### Why is this needed?
This PR is needed because, for the Lodash optimization from
7cbb12af88,
we need to use `import type`. Otherwise, `babel-plugin-lodash` complains
that `LoDashStatic` is not a lodash function.
However, just using `import type` in the current codebase will give you
this:

That’s because Prettier 1 can’t parse `import type` at all. To parse it,
we need to upgrade to Prettier 2.
### Why enforce `import type`?
Apart from just enabling `import type` support, this PR enforces
specifying `import type` everywhere it’s needed. (Developers will get
immediate TypeScript and ESLint errors when they forget to do so.)
I’m doing this because I believe `import type` improves DX and makes
refactorings easier.
Let’s say you had a few imports like below. Can you tell which of these
imports will increase the bundle size? (Tip: it’s not all of them!)

It’s pretty hard, right?
What about now?

```
Now, it’s clear that only `lodash` will be bundled.
This helps developers to see which imports are problematic, but it
_also_ helps with refactorings. Now, if you want to see where
`codemirror` is bundled, you can just grep for `import \{.*\} from
"codemirror"` – and you won’t get any type-only imports.
This also helps (some) bundlers. Upon transpiling, TypeScript erases
type-only imports completely. In some environment (not ours), this makes
the bundle smaller, as the bundler doesn’t need to bundle type-only
imports anymore.

1. Fixed on page load actions getting called multiple times.
2. Now Evaluation only happens once we complete the fetching of the page's all entities including js objects and actions, this avoids cases where actions are not defined when ran.

As a quick fix to prevent the on-page load actions from firing before the actions are even fetched, we had reverted the changes to make fetch page DSL call parallel in 13587. Unfortunately, theming PR brought back parallelisation and the issue along with it.
This PR ensures that the on-page-load actions are only made after actions are fetched while preserving parallelisation.
