Feature/widgets

*  Tab Widgets implementation changed, used canvas widget to implement the same
*  Date picker, time selection using input instead of arrows to fix date selection modal closing issue
*  Creating new tab with names as Tab 1, Tab 2, ... 
*  Published view of tab widgets is fixed
*  While reordering tabs, drag tab is also visible now
*  Spacing between chart title and plotting increase
*  Default date updated based on timezone and time enabled (Date Picker, TimeZone and Time Enable properties combined )
*  Date picker time format changed to 24 hrs from am/pm
*  Dragged tab disappearing while reordering tabs in Tabs widget configuration issue fix
*  Timezone handled in date picker widget
*  Tabs widget container made as scrollable
*  Map widget has been added 
*  Support for adding new marker added
*  Rich Text editor widget font colour supported
*  Date picker widget, select date time popup close on click issue fixed.
*  Support Map widget actions added (onClickMarker and onCreateMarker)

684edfe406 Because of db migrations, the older provider ids saved in actions are no longer available. This leads to api pane not loading. Removing the error to return an empty provider so that the api pane can be loaded. 2020-04-14 14:18:04 +05:30

3692b4fa3e Stupid coding error of using OR instead of AND. 
Also Mono.zipping the update Action and update Layout instead of this.then because in some optimization done by Spring, one mono doesnt end up emitting.
