fix: Fix test email not respecting SSL option (#17952)
Fixes #16930 Fixes #16273 Fixes #20884 For connecting to some SMTP servers with TLS, we need the `mail.smtp.ssl.enable` property to be set to `true`, in addition to the `mail.smtp.starttls.enable` property. We add that in this PR. Also, the username/password fields are now _always_ visible. Previously, if you wanted to configure credentials, with TLS disabled, you have to enable TLS, set credentials, and then disable TLS again. Also, the send-test-email API was ignoring the TLS setting in Admin Settings. This PR fixes that as well, but including that piece of information in the payload sent to the server, and the API to make use of it. |

fix: reset workspace before deleting a workspace (#23782)
## Description Fixes [#12057](https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/issues/12057) In specific scenarios, the currentWorkspace is not up to date and uses a previous workspace, which can cause certain API calls to fail. The end result is the user sees a "No Resource Found" error with no clear explanation. This changes adds a new ReduxAction RESET_CURRENT_WORKSPACE with returns it to it's initial value. The only place I've added that is at the begining of deleteWorkspaceSaga() #### PR fixes following issue(s) Fixes # (12057) #### Type of change - Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) ## Testing #### How Has This Been Tested? - [x] Manual ## Checklist: #### Dev activity - [x] My code follows the style guidelines of this project - [x] I have performed a self-review of my own code - [x] My changes generate no new warnings - [x] New and existing unit tests pass locally with my changes #### QA activity: - [ ] [Speedbreak features](https://github.com/appsmithorg/TestSmith/wiki/Test-plan-implementation#speedbreaker-features-to-consider-for-every-change) have been covered - [ ] Test plan covers all impacted features and [areas of interest](https://github.com/appsmithorg/TestSmith/wiki/Guidelines-for-test-plans/_edit#areas-of-interest) - [ ] Test plan has been peer reviewed by project stakeholders and other QA members - [ ] Manually tested functionality on DP - [ ] We had an implementation alignment call with stakeholders post QA Round 2 - [ ] Cypress test cases have been added and approved by SDET/manual QA - [ ] Added `Test Plan Approved` label after Cypress tests were reviewed - [ ] Added `Test Plan Approved` label after JUnit tests were reviewed |

fix: gs authorisation status updates (#23890)
## Description This PR fixes inconsistencies in the authenticationStatus property for google sheets: - In case of google sheets datasource, when we authorise the datasource, but do not grant permissions, the authenticationStatus is being saved as `IN_PROGRESS`, instead it should be `FAILURE` as user failed to give permissions. - This PR adds 3 new statuses in AuthenticationStatus Enum, `IN_PROGRESS_PERMISSIONS_GRANTED`, `FAILURE_ACCESS_DENIED` and `FAILURE_NO_FILES_SELECTED`. - `IN_PROGRESS_PERMISSIONS_GRANTED` is used in case of specific sheets scope, so that we would know that users have granted permissions and selection of files is pending - `FAILURE_ACCESS_DENIED` denotes, for any of the scope, if user does not grant permissions. - `FAILURE_NO_FILES_SELECTED` denotes, for specific scope, if user grants permissions but files have not been selected yet. #### PR fixes following issue(s) Fixes #23877 > if no issue exists, please create an issue and ask the maintainers about this first > > #### Media > A video or a GIF is preferred. when using Loom, don’t embed because it looks like it’s a GIF. instead, just link to the video > > #### Type of change > Please delete options that are not relevant. - Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) > > > ## Testing > #### How Has This Been Tested? > Please describe the tests that you ran to verify your changes. fix: Sanitise toast error msgs (#22544)
## Description Currently, the error messages in the toasts contain the names of the errors (like Reference error, uncaught promise rejection error, etc.,). These are unhelpful to users (especially if they are not programmers) and do not convey any actionable feedback to the user who is trying to fix and debug the app. You can see it in action [here](https://www.loom.com/share/e946f779dd1147f38eec1588a84821b2). This PR aims to remove the names of these errors from the toast messages so that the action to fix them can be highlighted. We are retaining the names of the errors for the console, so that programmers using the console, can get a full context of the error. Fixes #22318 Media Previous behavior - https://www.loom.com/share/e946f779dd1147f38eec1588a84821b2 Current behavior - https://www.loom.com/share/83fd8d08ed114f8b830acadb9894e4b1 ## Type of change - Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) ## How Has This Been Tested? - Manual - Jest - Cypress ### Test Plan - Reference error check - Uncaught promise rejection check ### Issues raised during DP testing - none ## Checklist: ### Dev activity - [x] My code follows the style guidelines of this project - [x] I have performed a self-review of my own code - [ ] I have commented on my code, particularly in hard-to-understand areas - [ ] I have made corresponding changes to the documentation - [x] My changes generate no new warnings - [ ] I have added tests that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works - [ ] New and existing unit tests pass locally with my changes - [ ] PR is being merged under a feature flag ### QA activity: - [ ] Test plan has been approved by relevant developers - [ ] Test plan has been peer-reviewed by QA - [x] Cypress test cases have been added and approved by either SDET or manual QA - [ ] Organized project review call with relevant stakeholders after Round 1/2 of QA - [x] Added Test Plan Approved label after reviewing all Cypress test |

chore: intercom trigger added for gsheets auth failure (#23664)
## Description - This PR adds intercom trigger for a case when google sheets datasource authorisation fails, either due to permissions or not selecting any files. [Please check the intercom message CC: @rohan-arthur @sribalajig ] <img width="1438" alt="Screenshot 2023-05-23 at 9 22 37 PM" src="https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/assets/30018882/47d906ca-ecac-49f5-a670-8b5240541604"> - This PR also de-duplicates the authorisation completion event. For Limiting gsheet project, `DATASOURCE_AUTHORIZE_CLICK` new analytical event was added, to get the authorisation result, but we already had existing event called `DATASOURCE_AUTH_COMPLETE`, so this PR removes `DATASOURCE_AUTHORIZE_CLICK` and instead modifies `DATASOURCE_AUTH_COMPLETE` to contain extra data. - This PR also adds file picker specific events like `GOOGLE_SHEET_FILE_PICKER_INITIATED` and `GOOGLE_SHEET_FILE_PICKER_LOADED`. #### PR fixes following issue(s) Fixes #23625 > if no issue exists, please create an issue and ask the maintainers about this first > > #### Media > A video or a GIF is preferred. when using Loom, don’t embed because it looks like it’s a GIF. instead, just link to the video > > #### Type of change - Chore (housekeeping or task changes that don't impact user perception) ## Testing > #### How Has This Been Tested? > Please describe the tests that you ran to verify your changes. feat: Adds option to fork an app within the app editor (#23158)
## Description
* Fork within application, this needs 2 things:
* Load the workspaceList even when we have setModalClose variable set
* When fork is successful, on the next page it should close the forking
modal
* Adds forking model to EditorAppName menu
* Adds FETCH_APPLICATION_INIT to forkApplicationSaga
* This makes sure that when we fork an app from within another app,
it will reinitialize the new app properly.
* Corrects workspaceId variable for forkApplicationSaga

feat: peek overlay nested properties + perf improvements (#23414)
Fixes #23057 Fixes #23054 ## Description TL;DR Added support for peeking on nested properties. e.g. `Api1.data[0].id`. This won't work when: - local variables are involved in the expression. e.g. `Api1.data[x].id` won't support peeking at the variable `[x]` or anything after that. - library code is involved e.g. `moment`, `_` etc... - when functions are called. e.g. Api1.data[0].id.toFixed() Because these cases requires evaluation. <img width="355" alt="image" src="https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/assets/66776129/d09d1f0d-1692-46f5-8ec1-592f4fe75f7a"> #### Media (old vs new) https://www.loom.com/share/dedcf113439c4ee2a19028acca54045e ## Performance improvements: - Use AST to identify expressions instead marking text manually. - This reduces the number of markers we process (~ half). - Before - After - AST logs https://www.loom.com/share/ddde93233cc8470ea04309d8a8332240 #### Type of change - Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) - New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality) ## Testing > #### How Has This Been Tested? - [x] Manual - [x] Jest - [x] Cypress > > #### Test Plan https://github.com/appsmithorg/TestSmith/issues/2402 #### Issues raised during DP testing https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/pull/23414#issuecomment-1553164908 ## Checklist: #### Dev activity - [x] My code follows the style guidelines of this project - [x] I have performed a self-review of my own code - [x] I have commented my code, particularly in hard-to-understand areas - [ ] I have made corresponding changes to the documentation - [x] My changes generate no new warnings - [x] I have added tests that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works - [x] New and existing unit tests pass locally with my changes - [ ] PR is being merged under a feature flag #### QA activity: - [x] [Speedbreak features](https://github.com/appsmithorg/TestSmith/wiki/Test-plan-implementation#speedbreaker-features-to-consider-for-every-change) have been covered - [x] Test plan covers all impacted features and [areas of interest](https://github.com/appsmithorg/TestSmith/wiki/Guidelines-for-test-plans/_edit#areas-of-interest) - [ ] Test plan has been peer reviewed by project stakeholders and other QA members - [x] Manually tested functionality on DP - [ ] We had an implementation alignment call with stakeholders post QA Round 2 - [x] Cypress test cases have been added and approved by SDET/manual QA - [x] Added `Test Plan Approved` label after Cypress tests were reviewed - [ ] Added `Test Plan Approved` label after JUnit tests were reviewed |

fix: api url dynamic bindings (#23696)
Currently we batch update actions, which can asynchronously update the action state. As a result, when a new set action property is called, it can cause a selection of the old action state values (which in this case is the dynamicBindingsPathList). In order to mitigate this, we wait for all the batch updates to be successful, before allowing new action properties to be set. The picker doesn't have focus at all as when the ads modal is visible all pointer events are disabled elsewhere which includes the filepicker, fixed this by adding pointer events auto to the file picker. This also means we have to handle closing of modal ourselves, so I am checking if the user clicks on the overlay around the modal or the close button and then closing the modal. https://www.notion.so/appsmith/The-list-of-pages-in-submenu-in-entity-explorer-are-not-visible-and-no-scroll-present-28a0e21491a44abbb1d18a5b14c8359b?pvs=4#9991ff86ac954e368cd4eead2154f6b0 Updated max height --------- Co-authored-by: Tanvi Bhakta <tanvibhakta@gmail.com> |

## Description #### Reported issue In a container widget, when we switch to auto height with limits (in the property pane), then switch back to FIXED (in the property pane), we are no longer able to vertically resize the container widget to be larger. #### Results of RCA This was happening because, we set a `maxDynamicHeight` when we switch to `auto height with limits`. When we switched back to `fixed`, the same limits were being respected by the resizing library. This resulted in the height being capped at what was set in the `maxDynamicHeight`. #### Code design issue: There was also an issue where the resizing library was "aware" of the "dynamic height". Dynamic height is a platform construct and the resizing library being aware of this construct is a breach in the interface. #### Solution: We now pass the `maxHeightInPx` and `autoHeight` to the resizing library. `maxHeightInPx` is the maximum height -- the resizing library can -- allow in vertical resize. `autoHeight` ignores the resizing library's ability to set the height (in this scenario we handle the height using the dynamic height feature in the platform) This allows us to keep the resizing library agnostic of the platform dynamic height feature and lets the platform code decide the max height possible. #### PR fixes following issue(s) Fixes #22439 #### Media #### Type of change - Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) ## Testing #### How Has This Been Tested? - [x] Manual - [ ] Jest - [ ] Cypress - Limitations in the testing infra makes it difficult to add a test for this #### Test Plan #### Issues raised during DP testing ## Checklist: #### Dev activity - [ ] My code follows the style guidelines of this project - [ ] I have performed a self-review of my own code - [ ] I have commented my code, particularly in hard-to-understand areas - [ ] I have made corresponding changes to the documentation - [ ] My changes generate no new warnings - [ ] I have added tests that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works - [ ] New and existing unit tests pass locally with my changes - [ ] PR is being merged under a feature flag #### QA activity: - [ ] [Speedbreak features](https://github.com/appsmithorg/TestSmith/wiki/Test-plan-implementation#speedbreaker-features-to-consider-for-every-change) have been covered - [ ] Test plan covers all impacted features and [areas of interest](https://github.com/appsmithorg/TestSmith/wiki/Guidelines-for-test-plans/_edit#areas-of-interest) - [ ] Test plan has been peer reviewed by project stakeholders and other QA members - [ ] Manually tested functionality on DP - [ ] We had an implementation alignment call with stakeholders post QA Round 2 - [ ] Cypress test cases have been added and approved by SDET/manual QA - [ ] Added `Test Plan Approved` label after Cypress tests were reviewed - [ ] Added `Test Plan Approved` label after JUnit tests were reviewed |
