fix: change appsmith alias (#35349)
In order to unify package names, we decided to use `@appsmith` prefix as a marker to indicate that packages belong to our codebase and that these packages are developed internally. So that we can use this prefix, we need to rename the alias of the same name. But since `@appsmith` is currently being used as an alias for `ee` folder, we have to rename the alias as the first step. feat: move building blocks to bottom of widget explorer (#35270)

fix: REST API multimedia file upload issue fixed (#32921)
## Description If we use REST API action and file picker widget to upload any multimedia files (image, audio, video, pdf, xlsx), The file upload would be successful but file would get corrupted upon uploading. This was happening because file picker widget encodes this file to base64 format, and we were uploading this same base64 string using REST API url. Instead we should have decoded this base64 and then uploaded the file to retain the original contents of the file. This PR fixes that issue by adding a new tab in body of the REST API action called `binary`, once we select this tab, we get autogenerated header for `Content-Type: application/octet-stream`, in this binary input field we can then provide base64 encoded file contents, the server then decodes the contents before triggering the respective REST API and uploading the file. ### Steps to test the issue 1. Add a file picker widget on canvas 2. Select data format as `Base64` 3. Upload any of pdf, image, audio, video, xlsx in file picker 4. feat: drag and drop building block on canvas with skeleton loader (#31406)
## Description **Goal** To allow users drag and drop building blocks on the canvas just like widgets today. We are also implementing a loading state with the platform skeleton component immediately the user drops the block on the canvas. **Why** The dropping of building blocks needs to make an API call to the backend to process adding the building block functionality to the users app. This loading skeleton acts as a placeholder for the block while the API call is processing. **How** 1. feat: update canvas building blocks (#30311)
## Description **Goal** 1. To remove the dashboard canvas starter building block and replace it with the Sort and Filter Table building block from the templates gallery. 2. Cell is also highlighted for such highlights - horizontal highlights(new cell drops) are triggered whenever the mouse is deemed to be not inside any cell based on set threshold. - post the above filter the closest highlight to the mouse position is selected to be shown on the canvas as a highlight. so except for places like Section padding and Zone padding where there is no Canvas, highlights will always show up.
