fix: Refactor faster page loads (#25983)
## Description
Improve page loads by removing the blocking calls of user and tenant
information. These calls were called before any other routes would load
and that would increase the time taken for other subsequent calls.

Reasons it was needed for
1. Branding info comes from tenant api call. This being executed later
would cause flashing of colours if branding is updated
2. Licence info comes from tenant api call. A check is needed for
licence validity and show appropriate screens instead of the app for
users
3. User info was needed to show the correct admin settings to the user

We are going to mitigate dependency 1 and 2 by hiding the ui by making
the opacity to 0 till the responses are not received. This will ensure
users don't see the screen, yet the JS is being loaded efficiently and
api calls are done earlier.
We will move the admin settings dependency to the route itself so that
other routes do not delay because of this change

fix: Updating the pageId in the reconnect modal for Gsheets authorization (#26125)

Updating `pageId` in the reconnect modal for Gsheets authorization. It
was taking the `pageId` of the old delete page for authorization from

inside reconnect modal.

When we added a mutation task to the microtask queue, earlier we didn't

lost the update.

Now, we update the evalProps as soon as the setter or getter for
JSObject variable is triggered making sure the latest value is always
present.

chore: add color validation + native color picker (#25355)
## Description
1. Reduced the number of default colors. Because the amount of suggested
options was too much: very little difference between shades and
sometimes with hues too. By removing half of them, we allow builders
make better choices faster. The transparent color has also been removed.
2. Added validation of color values because HTML colors are remarkably
easy to get wrong, because they allow so many different values and now
we support and validate all these guys
    - `hex` - `#bada55`
    - `name` - `LightGoldenrodYellow`
    - `special name` - `currentColor`
    - `rgb` - `rgb(0 0 0)`
    - `rgba` - `rgba(0, 0, 0, .45)`
    - `hsl` - `hsl(4.71239rad, 60%, 70%)`
    - `hsla` - `hsla(180deg 100% 50% / .8)`
    - `hwb` - `hwb(180deg 0% 0% / 100%)`
    - `lab` - `lab(2000.1337% -8.6911 -159.131231 / .987189732)`
    - `lch` - `lch(54.292% 106.839 40.853)`

feat: ramps for multiple environments (#25764)
## Description
PR to add business ramps to CE for multiple environments. These will be
behind a feature flag.

Adds ramps for following areas
- When you create/edit datasource, you'll see a ramp for the users in
the form of env switching sidebar
- In every page, you'll see a switch in the bottom bar and the staging
config will always be disabled. User will not be able to switch to the
staging configuration.
