* Recently a change was introduced to modify the default value of s3 plugin's permanent URL toggle from NO to YES. This created an issue with the older actions where the toggle didn't exist and hence no value was saved against its property. Hence, since the default is now ON and the older actions don't have any value saved, the action editor shows the toggle value as ON but behaves like the value is OFF. To fix this issue, this method adds URL toggle as NO where no toggle value exists.
Solves for two things:
1. From the welcome page signup, depending on telemetry being enabled or disabled, we report.
2. When telemetry is changed from welcome page (which, it obviously will), we make the change persistent by writing to the env file.

The env config API currently only changes values that are already defined in the env file. It is not capable of adding anything to the file.
This commit adds the capability to do so. However, since we don't want to let the client add just any variable, we've switched from a black list to a white list of env variables that can be managed by this API. If the requested variable is present in the whitelist, we add it, if its missing in the env file.
This commit adds the following API:
`/api/v1/admin/env` — Responds with the names and values of all environment variables currently configured, that are allowed for configuration from the UI. Some variables will be missing from this, ones that are not allowed to be edited from the configuration UI.
Doesn't take any query params. Only usable by the superuser.
Also added a `isSuperUser` boolean field to the response of `api/v1/users/me`, that will indicate whether the current user is a superuser or not.
* Currently, the list of actions to be run on page load is not updated when an action object gets deleted. Hence, sometimes, a previously deleted action may be set to run on page load which throws an error when the application tries to run it on page load.

- Added new API that generates a new ssh key pair and stores that inside the git meta data of an application. The key is generated in open ssh format. The private key is stored as encrypted in DB.

Currently, ArangoDB plugin treats all cmds like the one that returns a response, hence when update cmds are run then an empty response is returned to the client since there is nothing to fetch. * A fix had been introduced earlier (I had introduced it a few months back) to remove data type info keys from the raw response. However, the transformation was not getting applied to the Query action as the transformation was explicitly limited to few actions. This PR removes that check and allows the transformation for all actions as there does not seem to be any reason to withhold this transformation for other actions.
* The earlier fix also restricted this transformation to results that had specific keys. This PR removes this check as well as it does not seem to be required and further may lead to similar issues if any particular key gets missed.

in this plugin, the build of the whole project fails
sporadically in IntelliJ since it's trying to compile the
code as Java 8, which will obviously fail.
We were using PATCH, because that was semantically more
correct for what we are doing here. But since PUT is used
everywhere else in the project, changing this to PUT for
consistency.

Maven 3.8 now blocks HTTP repositories and only allows HTTPS. However, the version redshift jdbc dependency we are using connects to a separate repository that runs on HTTP. The latest version has switched to using HTTPS instead.
So this PR upgrades redshift dependency from version 2.0.0.1 to 2.0.0.4.

- Use dynamic input text for plugin editor forms so that the evaluated value of mustache expression is visible.
- Those fields which are meant to store Key only - i.e. they are not visible to the user and are only meant to provide key for key value pair in db have been skipped.

1. Get rid of cypress test failures which asserts a certain order till the cypress test case is fixed and unblocks the frontend team.
2. Uses a bulk API to fetch all the pages instead of fetching each page sequentially over different network calls with the database.
* Zipping flux with mono leads to mono not getting repeated and only the first emitted value of flux is processed further. This is leading to only a single page getting emitted in a multi page application.

* Making postgres plugin blocking statements run on elastic threadpool.
* Moved the blocking calls to check for the connection validity, etc. also inside the Mono.fromCallable
Instead of using compound index, using single indices to ensure that both fetch actions by app id (during load of actions in edit/view mode) and fetch actions by page id (during update layout) are indexed queries.
* Doing a deep copy during clone application instead of updating the original application which may have been causing a concurrency bug.
* Ensuring that once the clone application flow is triggered, the flow completes eventually even if the client cancels the request before completion.
